Customer requirement: hole tolerance±0.05 hole roughness Ra3.2 or less, life: more than 30000 pieces.
Difficulties: tool life is required to be high, and it is difficult to meet the requirements of roughness and life due to sticking chips of solid carbide drill . The diameter is small, the traditional brazed PCD tip tools cannot be made.
Through customer’s test and comparison, the roughing is far better than the solid carbide spiral drill of A company without sticking of the tool when our integral-type spiral PCD drills processing D2.5 hole.
